Cialis

Cialis (tadalafil) is commonly prescribed for men unable to get and maintain an erection for a period of time required to successfully complete a sexual intercourse. This medicine is very efficient and is comparatively safe. Cialis can cause certain side effects, but they are mostly mild and there is no need to call your doctor about them. The following mild side effects are sometimes possible: indigestion, heartburn, diarrhea, cough, headache, muscle pain, pain in the stomach, and facial flushing. Never combine Cialis with certain alpha-blocker medications, nitroprusside, recreational drugs, and nitrates, as a sudden drop in blood pressure is possible. This condition may result in a stroke, heart attack or sometimes even death. The following ones are important to report: doxazosin, conivaptan, ketoconazole, seizure medications, dalfopristin, voriconazole, erythromycin, telithromycin, diclofenac, imatinib, clotrimazole, isoniazid, clarithromycin, rifampin, itraconazole, heart or blood pressure medications, HIV/AIDS medicines, and antidepressants. If you took too much of Cialis, either intentionally or by accident, seek emergency medical help. The following symptoms may indicate an overdose of Cialis: light-headedness, chest pain, fainting, irregular heartbeat, and nausea. Do not start any other medications while using Cialis and let your health care provider know if you are planning on taking any.
